Two honey harvesting workshops will be held on Saturday, Sept. 26 at the greenhouse behind the Franciscan Monastery gift shop (1400 Quincy St. NE, Washington, DC 20017):
- Morning worksop: 9-12 noon
- Afternoon workshop: noon-3 p.m.
This is a hands-on workshop led by the Franciscan Monastery Garden Guild’s chief beekeeper, Joe Bozik.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS NECESSARY DUE TO LIMITED SPACE. Email your name, number of people and morning or afternoon to gardenguild@gmail.com. The workshop is $25 and includes a bottle of fresh honey.
