Extra gardening hours have been added for the spring and summer. Our regular spring/summer vegetable gardening hours at the Franciscan Monastery of the Holy Land (1400 Quincy St. NE, Washington, DC 20017) are:
- Wednesdays, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
- Wednesdays, 5 p.m.-8 p.m. (please email gardenguild@gmail.com for access information)
- Saturdays, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
Meet at the greenhouse/St. Francis’ garden (behind the Monastery’s gift shop). If walking, walk past the gift shop to the garden. If driving, use the service entrance north of the Monastery’s main entrance on 14th Street, NE. Follow it around to the parking lot adjacent to the greenhouse/garden.
